My girlfriend always thought it be cute to have a puppy and put it in a hot dog bun so I had the idea to get a plush dog toy and a plush hot dog bun and give it to her since she can't have a real dog. thanks in advance.

Cannot find any empty, plush hot dog buns, perhaps you could find someone that could create your idea for you, either have the puppy sewn in the bun, or have the bun created so you can just place a puppy in it.
